Try to find more / less expensive bike …?

I am looking for a new rigid mountain bike, but do not want to spend much money. Im looking spending between $ 400 – $ 600. I'm 6'6'', 200 pounds, and needs a bigger bike. Cannondale F9 try to XXL. No one person knows what the half the height of this? Does anyone know of bikes in this description that suits me and be a good buy? Thanks

assuming you have a length of about 34-35 crotch, so any frame size XXL or 21.5 at least, which unfortunately requires a 24 and most stores usually with little as of this size even in its price range.
